I read The Bone Collector, and was fascinated.

The next day, I grabbed “The Coffin Dancer”. I thought “Oh well, it won’t be quite as good…I mean, you hooked me with your quadraplegic criminalist, but now that’s no longer new and fresh…so this book has to be a bit of a letdown…”

Damn you for proving me wrong.

When I hit the first twist of the book, I actually said “oh my god!” out loud in a post-coital kind of voice. It was that good. The second one wasn’t as much of a shock, but that first one? Oooh that was brilliant, you devious, evil writer-man you.
