A few little rnotes

Nothing major. I’m still debating what to do with the blog space. I have a few ideas, but nothing that’s really sticking with me.

Edits are progressing on A Love Neverending. Actually, they’re going really well. I’m surprised at how clean the book is…though it’d be worse if my editor hadn’t taken a look into my sentence fragments and sentences starting with “and/but/or” and bought me a bit of a pass. We’re limiting them, but not eradicating them altogether, which makes me happy.

Crystal Jordan had a book release yesterday in the Under the Covers anthology at Kensington, and Kate Pearce had her 11th book, Simply Wicked, release from Kensington as well. Crys and Kate are awesome-sauce people, and their books are hawt. You should buy them :)

I am not a good blogger

But…I think I’m going to come up with a way to put this space to good use.

I don’t think the ‘net will miss me if I don’t blog. (aren’t there ENOUGH writer’s blogs at the moment?) However…I get that sometimes people want to know The Person Behind the Book.

So I wonder…how can I let you know a little about me without boring you with the inane minutae of my day to day life?

Myla by Moonlight is now available from Samhain Publishing

Magic bites… and its name is Myla.

Created at Prince Taric’s birth, Myla is a spell, an enchantment designed to appear and protect him when he needs it most. She has always been content to do her duty…until one night of forbidden passion leaves her longing to experience life—and love—as a mortal woman. Yet the risk is too great. Even if her blood runs as red as his, she can never give him the one thing he needs: a child.

Taric’s blessing—and his curse—is knowing the kingdom’s future depends on his producing an heir to continue the bloodline. His bond with Myla has always been that of protector and protected. When it suddenly becomes something much more, he unwittingly sentences his people to certain death.

An old enemy is plotting to destroy all he holds dear: his lands, his people, his father, and his lover. And this time, even if they fight tooth and blade, their shared magic may not be enough to save them…
