To my neighbours who stopped by today to let me know my dog was loose:
It wasn’t my dog, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t incredibly cool of you to stop by and let me know. I’m sorry I was too addled to introduce myself and say proper “hello”s. Also sorry I had bedhead and was in a PJ shirt with my capris. Not exactly high fashion at my house most days, and I wasn’t expecting company.
Still, it was very cool of you to stop, and I am very grateful.
